• Re-upload, redistribute, or sell downloaded mixes without permission from the rights holder;
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to mass-download content or manipulate play/download/like counts;
• Upload or submit (including via comments) any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes another party's rights;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the admin panel or any part of the Site's infrastructure.

3. Copyright & DMCA-Style Takedown Requests

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. Mixes are uploaded by DJs who represent that they have the right to share the content, but if you believe a mix on this Site infringes your copyright, please send a takedown request to kelvokabadi254@gmail.com including:

• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
• The URL of the specific mix on this Site;
• Your contact information;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

We will review valid requests and remove infringing content in a timely manner.

4. User-Submitted Content

By posting a comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that comment on the Site. We reserve the right to remove any comment at our discretion, including spam, abuse, or content unrelated to the mix.

5. Merchandise & Bookings

Merchandise listed on the Site is ordered via direct enquiry (email or WhatsApp) rather than an automated checkout; pricing, availability, and payment are confirmed directly with you before any order is finalized. Event bookings are subject to availability and confirmed directly between you and DJ Kabadi.
